If you're a responsible and professional owner-operator with a good driving record and you're looking for a home, you've come to the right place. Owner Operator / Contractors sign a lease-service agreement and either pull their own trailer, or a trailer owned or leased by the company. Length of hauls vary from local and regional to interstate long-hauls.

Qualifications

All Owner Operator / Contractors must meet the following requirements for application. You must:

• Be 23 years of age
• Hold a valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with no serious moving violations in the last three years
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Have 2 years verifiable over the road experience
• Have a working cell phone
• Present a clean, well groomed professional appearance
• Have a permanent address and phone number
• Have equipment able to pass a D.O.T. safety inspection
• Knowledge of reefer operations is preferred, but not required 
• Be committed to safe driving
